For most people, longevity still means trying to squeeze as much life as possible out of the body nature gave you: Exercise. Eat your vegetables. Sleep eight hours. Keep your weight down. Avoid cigarettes, limit alcohol, manage stress, maintain relationships and get your screenings. In other words, live like a monk, and perhaps you can arrive at 90 with most of the machinery still working. That is a perfectly reasonable goal, but it is also a surprisingly limited way to imagine the future....
